About the Role:
Join Midas CONCORD as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll be the frontline of customer service and automotive expertise. In this dynamic role, you’ll help customers navigate their vehicle needs while ensuring they receive top-notch service in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with exceptional customer service.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Coordinate with technicians to communicate service recommendations and updates.
- Manage customer appointments and follow up on service completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed advice.
- Promote Midas products and services to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus.
- Proficiency in automotive service software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
